About Me:

Maggie has a passion for helping people find their perfect fit. She loves connecting companies with the right talent and watching businesses thrive. Beginning her recruiting career in 2011, and founding StaffBuffalo in 2015, she has since made a significant impact on the Buffalo job scene. Then in 2019, she embarked on a new venture called CannaWorkforce Solutions, which aims to assist companies operating within the cannabis industry. She enjoys watching her clients’ businesses grow and seeing Buffalo at large continue to thrive.

Maggie's journey to Human Resources and Recruiting began in Boston, where she worked for a Regional Accounting & Finance Recruiting Firm. There, she crafted impressive resumes and helped expedite the full-cycle Recruitment Process. After graduating from Northeastern University with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a minor in Mathematics, Maggie gained invaluable experience in Big 4 Public Accounting and large regional Public Accounting firms. Her passion for working with people and building relationships then drew her to Buffalo's professional community, where she has since become an expert in high-level Recruiting. Here she manages a team of recruiters and has earned a stellar reputation in the Western New York field of Recruitment. When she’s not match-making for positions, she manages the Operations and Technology of CannaWorkforce Solutions, and the Outsourced Talent Acquisition Clients.

Maggie has grown to be an expert at navigating the Western New York job market and unearthing the hidden gems of the "passive" candidate pool. She's known for finding the perfect fit for companies that need top-notch talent to round out their teams. In addition, she’s a passionate advocate for integrating People, Technology, and Process improvements to enhance the bottom line of Outsourced Talent Acquisition Clients. She encourages a culture of community involvement and volunteerism, which means shutting down the office at times to participate in volunteer activities as a CannaWorkforce Solutions team.
